I found your blog thru the Diet blog. Awesome job, did you follow Burn the Fat feed the muscle. I have just downloaded the e-book and man is it a whopper. I will be stoked once I have reached the same level of success that you have.

Yeah I followed BFFM but only the diet part. Towards the end there's a workout as well but I didn't use that.
