Today is a refeed day and my wife and I are taking the boys to the state fair!
I plan on cheating, a lot.
Cookies, french fries, deep fried everything, cheese curds, you name it, I'm going to eat it.
It'll be interesting to see what my weigh-in on Monday morning says.

Now is a good time to re-visit my goal of 10% body fat.
I originally did some number crunching in this post back on July 16th.
With a weight of 181.1 lbs and 13.1% BF according to the Omron BIA:
lbs. of fat: 23.724
lbs. of lean mass: 157.376
Goal:
Weight: 174.86 lbs
17.49 lbs of fat
Need to lose: 6.234 lbs of fat
6.234 weeks @ 1 lb per week
44 days
I should show 10% BF on the Omron on or around October 3rd.
Previously I had projected Sept. 28th as the date for this goal.
So, I'm more or less on track.
Since I know the Omron reads high, I will probably reach 10% actual body fat sometime in late October or early November.
In a few days or more I'm going to get the personal trainer at my gym to take my body fat measurements.
I'm late again.. I did my weigh in on Monday morning but never had a chance to post until now. I started a new job on Monday so I'm not comfortable posting from the new job. On to the results..

Thoughts: None really. I'm glad I'm losing weight, and the fact that this week the majority appears, according to the Omron, to be lean mass worries me a little, but not a bunch. My strength in the gym is still improving. I guess I'll keep an eye on things and if the trend continues, I'll look at raising my calories a little bit. Truthfully I am okay with a little muscle loss if I reach my body fat goal.
I plan to do "culking" based on writings of Alan Aragon anyway so hopefully when I'm ready to pack on muscle it won't come with a lot of fat.

Thoughts: Well, obviously some of the weight loss was water gained from cheating last weekend, but it still comes out to two extra pounds lost in the last two weeks. Two weeks ago I was 185.1. The loss of lean mass doesn't concern me much since water is lean mass, and since my strength at the gym is still improving, albeit slowly.

Thoughts:
Well, I had family in town so I had a cheat meal Saturday night, and then again Sunday lunch and dinner were cheats.
I think then my weight gain is water and should be gone by next Monday, and perhaps I'll hit a new low by then.
