In 2005 at the age of 28, I found myself at a fat and flabby 210 pounds. My blood pressure was high, my blood work was bad and my health was slowly, steadily deteriorating.
Something snapped. I couldn't keep living like this. So I comitted myself to changing my entire lifestyle. I stopped drinking. I quit using tobacco. I began eating whole, unprocessed foods and supplementing with fish oil. I started lifting weights three times a week.
Today, at the age of 31, I weigh 165 pounds. My blood pressure has dropped a combined 70 points to 100/60. My blood work has returned to normal. In short, I am healthier and more fit than I have ever been in my life.
This website chronicles my continuing journey to a stronger, leaner and healthier body!
